We have known Laura for over 20 years. She has been managing our rental property for about 12 years. She handles everything from securing renters, handling their payments, answering all of the renters questions to dealing with the problems that might arise while the renters are at our home. She manages the crews that clean the property as well as dealing with any repairs that might be needed. She also restocks/replaces items as needed. She provides a year-end analysis of the financials for the rental property.
Laura is bright, enthusiastic , professional, and creative in solving any problems. She is friendly and very accessible. Renters have always been very complimentary of her and how she manages the property and how she handles herself.
